		<description>Thanks for the encouragement.  I got out and walked for 30 minutes yesterday with the kids in the stroller.  It was cold but they survived and I felt better.  Maybe we&#039;ll try it again today.

		<description>For me it&#039;s that first few workouts after a long break... I don&#039;t know if it&#039;s lactic acid buildup or a more psychological buildup, but it&#039;s painful. But once I get the first few workout behind me, it seems easier. Maybe I need a goal just to make through the first week -- like a new pair of shoes. Hmmm, that sounds good!
